RETURN POLICY
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your TACMOLLE products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle‑free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels and accessories included.
- Be unmodified and not custom‑built.
- Be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If your purchase was made through an authorized dealer, please refer to their return policy for further instructions.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, contact us at info@tacmolle.com within 30 days of delivery.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide:
- An RMA number
- Return instructions and the correct return address
Items returned without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos or a short video to help us assess the issue quickly.
For verified defects or shipping errors, we will provide free returns and either replace or refund the item.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Installed parts
- Custom‑built or special‑order items
- Items sold as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards or electronic credit
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
For a faster experience, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product.
Return Shipping & Fees
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we offer free returns.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed when your RMA is issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
This right applies provided the item:
- Is in original condition, and
- Has not been installed or used
We will comply with all EU consumer protection regulations for applicable orders.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Refund timeline:
- Within 3 business days after approval: refund is issued to your original payment method.
- 7–10 additional business days: your bank or payment provider posts the funds.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and no refund has posted, please contact us at info@tacmolle.com so we can assist.
Additional Notes
- Please keep the original packaging until you confirm the item fits your vehicle.
- To ensure safe returns, all returns must be shipped using a trackable service.
- Items returned damaged or installed may be eligible for a partial refund or be deemed ineligible.
