Products purchased from our store are subject to our comprehensive policies

Return Policy:
Customers have a 15-day window from the date of item receipt to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and include all tags. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges:
For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a justification. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above, along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
